The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the receipt, on March 18, 1994, of a notification of the Government of the Czech Republic, dated March 11, 1994, indicating that the new fee for storage of microorganisms charged by the Czech Collection of Microorganisms (CCM), an international depositary authority under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, done at Budapest on April 28, 1977, as amended on September 26, 1980 (see Budapest Notification No. 107 of July 8, 1992), is CZK 14,000.
The new fee for storage of microorganisms will apply as from the thirtieth day following the date (April 30, 1994) of the publication of the said fee in the April 1994 issue of Industrial Property/La Propriété industrielle, that is, as from May 30, 1994 (see Rule 12.2(c) of the Regulations under the Budapest Treaty). The said fee will replace the corresponding one published in the July/August 1992 issue of Industrial Property/La Propriété industrielle (see Budapest Notification No. 107 of July 8, 1992).
