The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify the receipt on May 1, 2012, of a communication of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, dated April 26, 2012, regarding a change in the address of the National Bank for Industrial Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (NBIMCC), an international depositary authority under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, done at Budapest on April 28, 1977, and amended on September 26, 1980 (see Budapest Notification No. 65 of September 16, 1987).

COMMUNICATION
The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Bulgaria to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva presents his compliments to the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization and, with reference to the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, has the honour to communicate that the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria has decided to transfer the National Bank for Industrial Microorganisms and Cell Cultures as an institute to the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, whilst guaranteeing the preservation of all rights and obligations under the Budapest Treaty for existing and new deposits.
The new address of the International Depositary Authority from 1 June 2012 shall be:
