The Director of the United International Bureaux for the Protection of Intellectual Property (BIRPI) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in accordance with the provisions of the above international instrument adopted at Stockholm, has the honor to notify him that the Government of the Swiss Confederation deposited on January 26, 1970, its instrument of ratification dated January 13, 1970, of the Complementary Act of Stockholm, of July 14, 1967, to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Deposit of Industrial Designs.
A separate notification will be made of the entry into force of the said Complementary Act, when the required number of ratifications or accessions is reached.
