"In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3, and with reference to Articles 20 and 21 of the Convention, Colombia reserves the right to apply the measures referred to in the aforementioned articles in accordance with its internal regulations in matters of personal data and protection of the right to privacy."

1. "In accordance with Article 24 of the Convention, Colombia designates as competent authority in matters of extradition the:
Directorate of International Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Palacio de San Carlos, Calle 10 # 5-51, Bogotá D.C., Colombia."
2. "In accordance with Article 27 of the Convention, Colombia designates the following authorities as responsible for mutual legal assistance:
