Declarations made upon ratification and amended by Note Verbale dated April 30, 2021:
1. "In accordance with Article 40 of the Convention, the Slovak Republic declares that it avails itself of the possibility to require additional element within the meaning of Article 2 of the Convention, and for a criminal liability of illegal access it requires that the offence be committed by infringing security measures."
2. "In accordance with Article 35 of the Convention, the Slovak Republic notifies that the point of contact is the:
Presidium of the Police Forces, Criminal Police Office, Cybercrime Department, Račianska 45, 81272 Bratislava, Slovak Republic"

Reservation made upon ratification and withdrawn on April 30, 2021:
"In accordance with Article 42 and Article 4, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Slovak Republic avails itself of the right to require for the criminal liability of the conduct referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, that it results in serious harm."

Declarations made upon ratification and updated September 3, 2020:
1. "In accordance with Article 24, paragraph 7.a, of the Convention, the Slovak Republic declares that the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (Račianska 71, 81311 Bratislava, Slovakia) is designated as the authority responsible for making and receiving requests for extradition. The competent authority for receiving requests for provisional arrest is the competent prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor's Office and the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. The competent authority for making requests for provisional arrest is the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic and the court competent for issuing an international arrest warrant."
2. "In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 2.a, of the Convention, the Slovak Republic declares that the central authorities are the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (Račianska 71, 81311 Bratislava, Slovakia) and the General Prosecutor's Office (Štúrova 2, 81285 Bratislava)."

Reservation made upon ratification:
"In accordance with Article 42 and Article 29, paragraph 4, of the Convention, the Slovak Republic avails itself of the right to refuse the request for preservation in cases where it has reasons to believe that at the time of disclosure the condition of dual criminality cannot be fulfilled."
