Ministerial Order No. 188/2006
of December 13, 2006
Decree No. 04/2006 of April 12, 2006 approved the Industrial Property Code which establishes the legal regime applicable to the system for protecting industrial property in Mozambique.
In view of the need to approve and update the amounts of the fees to be paid for the services provided by the Industrial Property Institute, pursuant to Article 204 of the Industrial Property Code, the Minister for Industry and Commerce and the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows:
Article 1. The amounts of the fees set out in the table appended to this Ministerial Order are hereby approved.
Article 2. This Ministerial Order shall enter into force sixty days after its publication.

Diploma Ministerial n.º 188/2006
de 13 de Dezembro
Pelo Decreto n.º 04/2006, de 12 de Abril, foi aprovado o Código da Propriedade Industrial que estabelece o regime jurídico aplicável ao sistema de protecção da propriedade industrial em Moçambique.
Havendo necessidade de se aprovar e actualizar os valores de taxas a cobrar no âmbito dos serviços prestados pelo Instituto da Propriedade Industrial, nos termos do disposto no artigo 204 do Código da Propriedade Industrial, os Ministros da Indústria e Comércio e das Finanças, determinam:
Artigo 1. São aprovados os valores das taxas constantes da tabela em anexo ao presente Diploma Ministerial.
Artigo 2. O presente Diploma Ministerial entra em vigor sessenta dias após a sua publicação.
