注 Law No. 26/2014 of October 30, 2014 entered into force on December 26, 2014, one month after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra; except for the provisions of Chapter Ninth that shall enter into force on the date when the Agreement between the Government of Andorra and the European Patent Organization enters into force and Chapter Tenth that shall enter into force on the date when the Patent Cooperation Treaty enters into force in respect of Andorra (see the Fourth Final Provision of the said Law).
