注 This Order, certified pursuant to section 173 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (CRRA), provide for new copyright licensing schemes for Higher Education Institutions. The new licensing scheme was required as a result of changes introduced in Section 15 of the Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Law Provisions Act 2019, amending Sections 57, 57A AND 57B of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000. The licensing scheme allows Higher Education Institutions make use of copyright protected works for the education purposes. The licensing schemes are operated by the Irish Copyright Licensing Agency Limited (ICLA).
