Law No. 230 of July 28, 2022, on Copyright and Neighboring Rights entered into force on October 9, 2022, within one month from the date of publication (September 9, 2022) in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, with the exception of the provisions of Article 77, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2025 (see Article 122 (Final Provisions) under Chapter XV (final and Transitional Provisions) of the said Law).
