注 This consolidated version of Ministerial Decision No. 102 of 2018 takes into account amendments up to "Ministerial Order No. 67 of 2023" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, which entered into force on September 22, 2023.
The said amending Ministerial Order No. 67 introduced amendments to the fees fo patent and utilily model registration for individuals (in force from 22/09/2023), as indicated in the first line to the third line of the Schedule of Fees annexed to this consolidated version of the Ministerial Order.
