注 This consolidated version of the Patents Act incorporates all the amendments up to the following Acts:
- Act No. 116 of December 22, 2022, on Amendments to the Patents Act (exception from Protection in case of Export to Third Countries, etc.), which entered into force on February 1, 2023.
- Act No. 67 of June 12, 2020, on Amendments to the Trade Marks Act and the Customs Act, etc. (Implementation of New Trademark Directive etc.), which entered into force on different dates. (The amendments introduced by this amending Act No. 67 to this consolidated version of the Patents Act entered into force on March 1, 2023, which makes this consolidated version issued and amended up to March 1, 2023, and its year of version as of 2023).
The said amending Act No. 67 of June 12, 2020 introduced amendments to the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- Section 9 , section 36, third paragraph and section 52 d, third paragraph, first sentence (amended).
- Section 44, third paragraph, sixth sentence (amended).
- Section 44, seventh paragraph, third sentence (amended).
- Section 52 e, first paragraph, fourth sentence (repealed)
- Section 66 b, first paragraph, second sentence (amended).
- Section 75 second sentence (amended).
