Decree No. 2001-1985 of August 27, 2001, fixing the amounts of the fees relating to industrial designs
The President of the Republic,
On a proposal by the Minister of Industry,
Considering Law No. 82-66 of August 6, 1982 on Standardization and Quality, in particular Articles 4 and 17,
Considering Law No. 2001-21 of February 6, 2001 on the Protection of Industrial Designs,
Considering Decree No. 82-1314 of September 24, 1982 concerning the Organization and Functioning of the National Institute of Standardization and Industrial Property, in particular Article 11,
Considering Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998, concerning the amounts of the fees relating to industrial property,
Considering the opinion of the Minister of Finance,
Considering the opinion of the administrative tribunal.
Hereby decrees:
1. The amounts of the fees relating to industrial designs, as provided for in Articles 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 16 of the above Law No. 2001-21 of February 6, 2001, shall be fixed in accordance with the table attached to this Decree.
The amounts of the fees shall not include V.A.T.
2. The fees referred to in Article one of this Decree shall be collected in accordance with the same procedures as laid down in Table “D,” attached to the above Decree No. 98-2133 of November 2, 1998.
3. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree, in particular Table “C” attached to the above Decree No.98-2133 of November 2, 1998, shall be repealed.
4. The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry shall, within their individual remits, be responsible for enforcing this Decree which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia.

Decreto N° 2001-1985 del 27 de agosto de 2001, por el que se fijan los importes de las tasas relativas a los diseños industriales
Vista la Ley N° 82-66 del 6 de agosto de 1982 de normalización y calidad, en particular sus artículos 4 y 17,
Vista la Ley N° 2001-21 del 6 de febrero de 2001 de protección de los diseños industriales,
Visto el Decreto N° 82-1314 del 24 de septiembre de 1982 sobre la organización y el funcionamiento del Instituto Nacional de Normalización y Propiedad Industrial, en particular su artículo 11,
Visto el Decreto N° 98-2133 del 2 de noviembre de 1998 sobre los importes de las tasas relativas a la propiedad industrial,
Visto el dictamen del Ministro de Hacienda,
Visto el dictamen del Tribunal Administrativo,
Atento a la propuesta del Ministro de Justicia,
El Presidente de la República decreta:
1. Quedan fijados en la tabla adjunta al presente decreto los importes de las tasas relativas a los diseños industriales, previstas en los artículos 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 y 16 de la citada ley N° 2001-21 del 6 de febrero de 2001.
En dichos importes no se ha incluido el I.V.A.
2. Las tasas a las que se hace referencia en el artículo primero del presente decreto se recaudarán según las modalidades previstas en el cuadro “D” adjunto al citado decreto N° 98-2133 del 2 de noviembre de 1998.
3. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones anteriores que sean contrarias al presente decreto y, en particular, el cuadro “C” adjunto al citado decreto Nº 98-2133 del 2 de noviembre de 1998.
4. A los Ministros de Hacienda y de Industria incumbirá, cada uno en lo que le concierne, la ejecución del presente decreto, que será publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la República de Túnez.

modèles industriels
Le Président de la République,
Sur proposition du ministre de l’industrie,
Vu la loi n° 82—66 du 6 août 1982, relative à la normalisation et à la qualité et notamment ses articles 4 et 17,
Vu la loi n° 2001—21 du 6 février 2001, relative à la protection des dessins et modèles industriels,
Vu le décret n° 82—1314 du 24 septembre 1982, portant organisation et fonctionnement de l’institut national de la normalisation et de la propriété industrielle et notamment son article 11,
Vu le décret n° 98—2133 du 2 novembre 1998, relatif aux montants des redevances afférentes à la propriété industrielle,
Vu l’avis du ministre des finances,
Vu l’avis du tribunal administratif.
Décrète :
1. Les montants des redevances afférentes aux dessins et modèles industriels, prévues par les articles 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 et 16 de la loi susvisée n° 2001—21 du 6 février 2001, sont fixés conformément au tableau annexé au présent décret.
Les montants de ces redevances s’entendent hors T.V.A.
2. Les redevances visées à l’article premier du présent décret seront recouvrées selon les mêmes modalités prévues au tableau “D” annexé au décret susvisé n° 98—2133 du 2 novembre 1998.
3. Sont abrogées, toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent décret et notamment le tableau “C” annexé au décret susvisé n° 98—2133 du 2 novembre 1998.
4. Les ministres des finances et de l’industrie sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l’exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne.
